MBSR is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, an 8 week program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the 1970’s and has become the “Gold standard” in Mindfulness programs. Please review the attached flyer here for information regarding our current MBSR program being offered at Northshore Holistic Health.

An MBSR program can be a transformative and certainly “healing” experience-in many cases, life changing. I have seen transformations first hand, for example, a stressed out, chain-smoking, anxious criminal attorney on anti-anxiety medication become a calm, smoke-free, drug free, more joyful person after participating in an 8-week MBSR program.
